Same great sport, whole new website! The National Roller Derby League hits the internet with a new style, and a new service to the roller-derby fan. This site promises to come alive, regenerating veteran fans of the sport, and encouraging the new fans of today. Roller Derby is alive and well, and true fans of the game become true fans for life. This site introduces a new "Spotlight" section to be updated every week, featuring the players, the teams and issues associated with rollerderby. The "Spotlight" is interactive, giving fans of the sport an opportunity to voice their views and opinions! Support our efforts to continue breathing life into this undying sport. The sport of Roller Derby survives because of YOU!
Finally, we can have a site where roller-derby alumni and fan can interact. Any issue can be brought up and everybody can voice their true opinions as themselves and even anonymously. Keep in mind that the stars of this sport may even choose to respond. The Spotlight section of this site also offers roller derby alumni and fan alike to show their appreciation to the "star" of that period, and it's greatly encouraged. Those who have touched the hearts of many people should have their praises sung, and deserve to hear it from you. After-all, they're skating for the sport, for themselves, and especially for the fans.
